A Snowmobile Weekend + A Ski Weekend

Processed with VSCOcam with f2 preset I've spent the last two weekends in Vermont, soaking up all the snowy beauty before it starts to disappear. One weekend spent snowmobiling and the other spent skiing.

I go to Vermont at some point every winter, but the beauty of that simple land draped in white never gets old. Is it possible it gets more breathtaking every time? I think so. Skiing or snowmobiling, the feeling of the fresh air whipping past you and the gorgeous scenery surrounding you. It's the best way I can think of to truly experience the landscape of the great north. Whether getting lost deep in the woods, flying through the open fields or sitting up high on the mountain looking out for miles at just land. No cities, no big crowds, no shopping centers, no jam-packed highways. Just the vast, beautiful land for miles and miles. I have to catch my breath every time.

Here's a few iPhone snapshots of the past two weekends. If you've never been to Vermont or gotten lost in a winter wonderland, I'm hoping these will make you want to. That crisp blue sky against the stark white snow gets me every time. Have a beautiful Monday!
