Liquor Jar Thrift Finds

A couple weekends back, we decided to venture out on a beautiful Saturday morning to the season opening of our local farmer's market, followed by some tag and garage sale hopping. Thrift shopping always seems to be a big hit or miss for me. The first two sales we came across both fell under the latter category, but the third was a gem. {Also our last sale stop for the day, as we didn't want to overexert our luck}! This sale had something to offer everyone. Just from looking around, I could see each piece had a story to tell, and many items dated back at least three generations, some as far back as the early 20th century. These vintage liquor bottles were a steal. We purchased all six for $4 and plan to use a couple of them on our bar to store the standard liquors we use often. The others I'm sure will end up scattered around our place, used as decor and vases for flowers. I love jars, bottles, all things of the sort! So artsy, so storytelling, and so useful.
