It's that time of year when it seems pumpkins are everywhere! Not just physical pumpkins sitting on people's porches or outside storefronts for festive decor, but pumpkins are literally invading. Every sort of food imaginable can be made into a brand new dish seasonally-apt for autumn with just a bit of a pumpkin addition. Trust me, I'm in no way complaining. I'm totally on this bandwagon and do not see myself hopping off for ... well, ever. There's the infamous Starbucks pumpkin spice latte to the traditional pumpkin pie, and I'm a huge lover of both, but I'm on the hunt for some new recipes I've never before eaten.
