Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased in-store are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. All sale items or items purchased on special promotion are final sale. We cannot accept returns of personal care/apothecary items or vintage items. All items must be returned in original condition. The Safari Collective reserves the right to deny any return at our discretion.
Items purchased online are eligible for return if received by The Safari Collective within 14 days of the original delivery date. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. If you would like to make an exchange, no additional shipping will be charged. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. All in-store return restrictions also apply to online orders. The customer is responsible for return postage and the cost will not be included in the refund amount. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages received upon return. Please consider using a tracking number and an insured method of shipping. All items must be returned in original condition. The Safari Collective reserves the right to deny any return at our discretion, including mailed return items that arrive damaged.
To return orders by mail, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for approval before shipping. Items can then be mailed to The Safari Collective, 28 Railroad Street, New Milford, CT 06776. Mailed returns will be processed within 48 hours of arrival. Online orders may also be returned in-person to the store location.
Please notify us within 3 days of arrival if items were damaged in transit. A refund or a replacement will be sent with our discretion. A photo of damages or return of the item may be requested.
Orders are generally dispatched within one to three business days from order date, unless otherwise stated. Once your order ships, please allow between two and eight business days for delivery for orders within the US, depending on your location. You will receive an email tracking number once your order has shipped.

While we are able to ship some items, larger and more fragile items cannot be shipped internationally at this time. Please aware that all international sales are final. We are not responsible for import fees, taxes, or any other custom fees.
Free local pickup available for locals! At checkout, please use the "in store pick up" option. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for a notification to pick up your order.
